Morning Fit Zoom 

Monday - Friday, 11:00 am - 11:30 am

Zoom from anywhere on your own device that has a camera, microphone, and speakers. Free.

Morning Fit: a 30-minute recorded workout of previously live sessions. Call 419-885-3913 to request a Zoom invitation.

Open Gym

Improve your health by using exercise equipment, free weights, and a workout bench. Use the Great Room to get your steps in! To participate in Open Gym, you MUST complete the liability waiver included in the Participant Registration Form. The schedule is subject to change.

Increase muscle and bone density to improve whole-body balance and flexibility.

Improve strength and bone density through weight-bearing exercises.

Tai Chi 

Strengthen core muscles and help prevent falls with better balance. Dianne Jagielski, Certified Instructor.

This balanced practice is designed to relieve the effects of chronic stress.
